Area Sales Manager (m/f)

We have an immediate opening for an Area Sales Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• International acquisition of new customers and independent responsibility for serving the designated region in cooperation with the local distribution partners.
• Technical consulting and sales within the framework of the overall corporate objectives.
• Close cooperation with R&D, product management and internal sales.
• Independent management and execution of projects.
• Responsibility for turnover and profit margin.
• Independent observation and analysis of the market and the competition.

Profile:

• University degree or technical college in the mechanical engineering field.
• Experience in international capital equipment sales, preferably in the textile machinery field.
• Communication and teamworking skills, technical know how and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented thinking and work style and negotiation skills.
• Independence and goal-orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide.
• Business fluency in written and spoken German and English. Additional languages would be advantageous.
